Terms & Conditions

Your pitch will be available from 1.00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11.00 am on the day of departure. In the event your booking is cancelled, your deposit will be forfeited as it is not refundable.

Your booking will be confirmed by email once your deposit has been received. Deposits can be paid by bank transfer which will be required on the day of booking.

Number in party
We will allow a minimum of 2 adults per pitch. In the event that there are more than 2 adults, a further pitch must be booked and paid for in advance.

We require a 50% deposit of the cost of your overall stay to secure the pitch and full payment upon your arrival which can be paid at the site office in cash or by direct debit card.

Alterations to bookings
Once a booking has been confirmed, minor alteration or amendments to the booking will not be charged. In the event of excessive alterations or amendments to the booking, a charge of £5.00 administration fee will be made. Amendments/alterations to bookings referable to any changes in pitch will only be allowed at the discretion of the site. Alterations or amendments to the booking must be confirmed in 30 days in advance. Whilst the management will endeavour to honour any reasonable requests, such requests may be rejected or refused at the complete discretion of the management.

The company and its employees excepts no liability for any accident, injury, loss or damage to any person or property occupying or using any part of the park howsoever caused. Any person in breach of the booking conditions or part rules may at the discretion of the management/site owner be required to leave. In such circumstances, no refunds will be given. Any person causing offense to other guests of the park may at the discretion of the management be asked to leave and no refund will be made.

Supervision of children
The parents/guardians of children under the age of 18 will be responsible for the supervision of such children at all times and in all circumstances. You are required to respect the privacy and well-being of other site residents and ensure that noise, the level or any telecommunications and other apparatus, are kept to a minimum between 10.00 p.m. and 7:30 am. Those not adhering to the above will be asked to leave the site without notice and no refund will be made.

In the interest of safety and the well-being of other uses of the site, the use of skate boards, scooters and roller blades are not permitted at any time on site and in the interests of welfare and wellbeing bicycles may not be used on any area of the site. All users of the sites are required to confine their activities to the pitch and toilet/shower facilities at all times. Barbecues are permitted provided they are on a stand and fire pits provided a fire proof ground mat is used and kept on the stone.

The park maintains a limited speed restriction of 5 mph which must be adhered to in the interests in health and safety to all parties at all times. Anyone breaching this rule will be asked to leave and will forfeit monies paid in advance.

Damage to site
Any damage caused to the site or any property on the site irrespective of how much damage is caused, will be charged to the pitch holder and will be payable before leaving the site.

You will be provided with a key fob on arrival so as to enable you to gain access to an egress from the site. 

We permit dogs on Sunnyside Farm with a variety of walks leading directly from the site. We do, however, require dog owners to read the below carefully and abide by our dog rules so that we can maintain a happy park.

  1. We accept well-behaved dogs throughout the season.
  2. Dogs stay at our discretion with a maximum of 2 dogs of any size per pitch.
  3. We do not accept any dog listed under the dangerous dogs act.
  4. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times in any area of the site.
  5. Dogs must not be allowed to roam around the site or be let off a lead.
  6. You must clear up after your dog and use the bins provided. Please do not let your dog foul by any other customers pitches.
  7. Dogs must not be left unattended at any time. Please do not leave dogs in cars, caravans, motorhomes or awnings at any time on their own.
  8. Noise must be kept to a minimum at all times so as to not disturb the peace of other customers. Please be considerate and understand that although you love your dog not everybody on your site will. Please keep your dogs under control at all times.

Vehicles must be parked on the car park provided. One car will be permitted per pitch. Additional cars will be charged at the rate of £3.00 per night.

You are required to ensure that all rubbish litter and cigarette butts are deposited in the bins provided. They must not under any circumstances be disposed of or allowed to litter the site in any way or at any time.

Waste from your shower/sink must be contained along with all other toilet waste and disposed of correctly in the facilities provided for your disposal. You are off to provide and use Eco green chemical solutions at all times.

Payments of your fee constitutes you accepting all of these conditions without exception. The management of Sunnyside Farm Caravan Park and Fishery reserve the right to terminate the booking of anyone who fails to abide by the park rules. The management’s decision will be final.
